I replaced the valves and springs over the weekend, I had a bit of a
problem with the original valves (one was definately broken, snapped
the threads on both sides) the other two I mangled enough to say it
was easier to get new ones. (again, next time I get plastic jaw
covers and dental picks to extract the washer so I don't gouge and
scratch everything). I'll hold on to most of it for extra spares just
in case and get just washers & springs next time around. It was more
expensive, and I would have preferred just replacing the washers and I
considered just getting washers and the valves (as an incase, or for
later thing) but couldn't get the washers from where I was ordering.
There's a second place I was looking at using that does.
