i'm guessing you could just disconnect one wire on the pstat to solve your 
problem. i'm guessing since pressure turns it on and off that you have 
continuity through the switch until pressure builds and then the switch opens 
and it quits heating. don't remember if there are 2 or 3 wires going to the 
pstat but if there are 3 you will probably have to tie two of those together. 
don't have a diagram handy but if you have a diagram for your pstat you could 
use that and see which 2 need to be connected. good luck.
