If the hot water wand works, you're getting water into the boilers. Have you 
tried building pressure with the blind porta filter yet? If not, try that 
first, it will tell you if you're getting pressurized water or not. Also you 
can use a turkey baster to push water into the intake tube and force the pump 
to prime.
