Forgot to tell you that the coffee is quite fresh, but I will try it with even more fresh coffee. The supplier is Crema International AB (Sweden), but I live in Norway. Have to check the offset programming with them. Another important thing I forgot to mention is the tamper. The plastic tamper that came with it is convex, but I also ordered a proper steel tamper, also 58mm and a bit less convex. The problem is that it looks like I need 59mm or something to really fill the filter. Why doesn`t the tamper that comes with the machine fit exactly? I am concerned about the side channeling effect. On my older G3Ferrari the tamper (53mm) is fitting perfectly, leaving no coffee uncompressed after tamping, floating around on top of the puck. Any ideas?
