Not idle, but pulling the handle with emtpy portafilter. And I don´t see 
any reason why water will come out of the elbow pipe while pressure is way 
below 9. The pressure is about 4 when there is no coffee in it and I just 
run water through the group head. 
I will take the 60 seconds test measure and report back to you.
