I'm trying to remember everything that was in that post I can't find. I think something else he did was to pull the shower screens put them in a milk pitcher with some detergent, add hot water and steam till it was really hot and let it sit for a bit, then rinse with hot water and replace. I think he did that daily but it was a commercial shop.
