@Ira My pressurstat are at 0,9 factory default settings, because at the summer i steam in very rare occasions. I usually drink espresso shakerato because in Greece we have very hot temperatures and i can't stand hot bevarages with coffee. In the winter time i will rise the pressure at 1,3 @sc00bs For me it is not very difficult to put a Pid at the Brewtus because i know how to do this. Also i will buy a cheap one from China. But i agree that even with the pid i am not sure too that, i will see a serious positive diference. But according to the capacity of the service boiler and the power of the heating element, the pressurstat is the the downside of the bad performance. e.g Quick Mill Vetrano and Izzo Alex Duetto more or less have the same capacity of boilers and the same power at heaters. So the pressurstat is the downside... But if i don't try this .... i am not sure at all...
