Ok thus far Kitt has PM'd me (thank you) and we have discussed some possibilities. The tech is coming through on Wednesday. I have chatted to Crem International and they have reassured me that the warranty is not voided by running off a tank or adjusting the brew pressure or steam pressure. I would like to ask a specific question then please:
*Can the pressure dip shown in the video be explained by running off a tank as opposed to a water line* or is this completely abnormal? Can someone running a rotary off a tank please advise me on this? Thank you in advance.
