I called WLL tech support.
Their first suggestion was to sell me a kit of parts to rebuild the 
grouphead. That did not work.

I called back and they thought that the copper pipe from the brew boiler to 
the grouphead might need to be removed and descaled.

I opened the B II but could not budge the nuts that attaches that pipe. I 
will try again in a few days. But, I am not optimistic. I ran into that 
problem when I installed their PID kit a few years ago. I finally drove up 
to WLL in Rochester for them to do that. They told me that Expobar, for 
about a year, added a super strong thread lock when assembling the BII.
