Congrats on your new machine.

For water, you may want to consider a Peak Water jug. It allows you to
easily vary filtration based on your local water situation.

I purchased one as an early backer. To be honest though, I don’t love
storing my water in a plastic vessel, nor do I like when a filter has
plastic in it.

Water is an underrated solvent which seems to always find a way to dissolve
whatever vessel is holding it with very few exceptions.
