I have been having a very difficult time finding the proper o-ring to replace the one that is located in the OPV plunger (just below the notched top of the plunger that you turn with a screwdriver to adjust the pressure). Please see the pics below.
I currently have a metric #4 (7 mm ID, 1.5 mm section) o-ring on it. It fits better than the standard #3 (1/4" ID, 3/8" OD, 1/16 section) o-ring. I also tried a #78 standard (1/4" ID, 7/16" OD, 3/32 section) o-ring - that bulged out too much.. The metric #4 almost works - it leaks slightly. I can still run the machine, but it will dribble out a small bit of water. A small enough amount that I can continue to use it, but I obviously want to fix it. Anyone know if there is a part number for that o-ring or what size I need to properly seal the OPV valve?
