Do you get the British versions? In the U.S., for some reason they seem
obliged to translate British English into American English, and to change
to use a different book size and different cover art.

The British ones that I buy from amazon.co.uk even say "Not for sale in
U.S.A.".

I wonder if the "translation" is too troublesome for the U.S. publishers
to bother with?
