We'll actualy I've been buying mostly hardbacks. The only paperbacks I got
were the two inch thick Robert Jordens and others like that. I expect them
to be $7 or $8. And I got two for my brother, heck that _was_ almost three
years ago, and they were only $5.

Along those lines why have the prices increased so much? The hardcovers seem
the same price, I can afford them now when before they were just too much,
yet paperbacks seem way too high. If the authors are getting the money fine
but is it like the record industry? The authors are getting 10 cents a book
while the publishers get half the price or more.

In the paper was a review by a local about Terry Goodkind's latest book. The
problem I have is that the reporter has written articles about concerts I've
been to and I wondered if she was at the same show. Anyone have opinions
about Goodkind?
