        the way that the publishers prefer it. they only have ownership of
copyrights because they have money - but copyrights only rightfully
belong to the people who create the work! for an author there is no
advantage in restricting sales - and there wouldn't be such an
advantage for a publisher without the disadvantages of the mass and
shipping expenses of physical materials....
