Maybe in the US there is an abundance of unskilled people, but over here the stock is slowly running out. There is a shortage on low skill secretarial workers, maintanance workers, cleaning ladys and the sort. Almost no one wants to do those jobs, because they are boring, low pay and low status. Alas the Dutch track record in education is much better then yours. Because educations are attainable (read affordable and good) for everyone with half a brain and some sense. So people usually go for it and make sure they are educated. And right they are. Sonja
