Most of the people coming into the country can't be employed, John, for one
very simple reason: they're refugees, they don't speak Dutch. Don't know
about the US, but in this country you have to be able to speak the language
somewhat if you want to work.
Besides, the current "closed border" policy isn't as much Dutch policy as
it is European Community policy.
