I'd have to agree, although I thought the /idea/ of the continuing
storyline to be intruiging.. unfortunately they went the "how much $ can
we make off this" instead of the "this is the storyline and we stick to
it" method.
I just got tired of being strung along so that Fox could sell more
advertising. The show no longer rewards _me_ with good.. or even
interesting.. entertainment.
