For those promises to be lies Castro would have to have not meant
them at the time that he said them. Do you have any evidence that he
didn't intend to uphold the Constitution of 1948 (etc.) at the time
that he said he intended to?
(I'm sure you will be happy to know that not keeping - or at least
attempting to keep - a promise that was intended to be kept is Not
Acceptable. I wouldn't want you to misconstrue my inquiry as to
whether you have a factual basis for your accusation of lying as
'supporting Castro'. Castro has done - or failed to prevent - many
reprehensible things, but if he didn't lie when he promised to uphold
the Constitution of 1948 (etc.) and you accuse him of lying you
discredit yourself when you could have zapped him hard for not
keeping the promise.)
