Waco is not under investigation. It has been confirmed that the ATF screwed
up when they carried out the raid, despite the fact that there was a good
chance the element of surprise was lost. The Branch Davidians were
stockpiling weapons, and did open fire on officers of the law. The siege
ended as it did because Koresh placed accelerants to bring Mt. Carmel down
in flames rather than surrender.
We can debate the minutiae of the siege if you want, but Reno is not
responsible for Koresh burning his compound down. Unless, of course, you
want to bring up the highly dubious claims of those with a doctrinal axe to
grind about it, like the militia wingnuts, the Clinton Haters or the New
World Order loons.
Mind you, I'm not implying you're a member of any of those groups, but your
apparent desire to believe the absolute worst about Janet Reno, no matter
what contrary evidence is presented to you, does not lend your argument much
credibility in my eyes.
