Good point. It would be easy to gradually crack down when you can use your mind
control powers to foment "terrorist incidents" which you are then "forced" to quell.
As for formation of a world government, it would be easier to infiltrate and take over
an existing structure than to take over a bunch of individual nations, then form a
world government. Perhaps I can borrow the fears of WTO protesters and form a World
Economic Consortium ... that can be slowly co-opted by the psi cabal & turned into a
world government.
