Errr........  I would count at least three wings of the Republican
coalition, namely the near-libertarians (true Libertarians vote for Harry
Browne), social conservatives, and the Rockefeller Republicans.   Unless
you define "near-libertarians" as "fiscal conservatives," then the
near-libertarians are probably the smallest of the three.
