What he said!  Look at the election for the IOC's presidency.  The guy who
came second (Kim Un-yong) was almost thrown out of the IOC due to his
actions in the Salt Lake City scandal - while the guy who was tasked to
clean up the scandal (Dick Pound) was only third.
