Static? Who said that? I'd LIKE to see things move over towards 
some serious ecological building work, eventually.

It was in the UK...and the Public have finally had enough of it. It 
helps, sure, but there are other steps like forcing faster uptake into 
new cars of measures to increase fuel economy, tax breaks for fuel-
efficient cars and taxes on pollution from refineries.
