I don't believe adding John's suggestions to the Etiquette Guidelines is a
good idea. When we do, it's quite possible that someone else will want to
add something else to the Guidelines (and so on), and then we may end up
with so many rules that we'll have to change the name "Etiquette Guidelines"
to "The Laws of Brin-L Etiquette". I don't think we need that; the
combination of the current Etiquette Guidelines and a healthy dose of common
sense ought to be enough.
