I should clarify.
For example, Asking Jo Anne Bird to send the Etiquette Guidelines to the
List is fair game. Just don't single someone out while doing it.
Contacting the person OFF-LIST, and pointing out that you think he or she
is out of line is also fair game.
What is not fair game is to use the Etiquette Guidelines to dress somebody
down in public (with On-List mail basically being in public.(
