I posted primarily about *hypocrisy.*
I care about accuracy of representation. When Republicans get painted
with an inaccurate brush by the conventional wisdom, as the Democrats are
succeeding in doing right now, it greatly restricts the Republicans'
ability to do the right thing.
Look, if the Democrats were being hypocritical and doing the *right* thing
on the core issue, I probably would not care all that much. In this case,
the Democrats are being hypocritical *and* engaging in policies that are
extremely detrimental to this country.

That's funny.... since big agribusiness firms receive the vast bulk of
agriculture subsidies.
I am certainly quite willing to discuss agricultural subsidies if you will.
Of course, I think you will have a hard time justifying using taxpayer
dollars to increase the price of food, but you are certainly welcome to try.
