They don't.
Just look at what happens in Spain or England, that constantly
suffer terrorist attacks from the ETA and the IRA, or what
happened in Italy or Germany, with their own terrorist
groups.
Hope must come from educating the next generation into
believing that human life is sacred.
I had written something with respect to this, but it was
so silly that I deleted. Basically, I think the West should
_produce_ islamically correct movies, TV series, cartoons,
etc.
BTW, the "death toll" that Brazil payed to fight
terrorism in the 60s and 70s was ~ 500 people. Pretty
cheap...
