No, the lands are, under internation law, *occupied terratory* which
still belongs to Jordan. The palestian authority has NO official
existance under international law. Just becuase the *actual*
situation is very different dosn't change that.

If Israel renounce their occupation, yes.

Oh, they'd have passed the KNESSET. But the Jewish PEOPLE
would have thrown him out at the next election, for signing such a
deal (which would, tho, remain in force).

Give an inch, they take a mile. That's from experience. If Israel
recognised the right to return, then we'd never have peace unless
the Paleastians GOT that right to return.
