Wow, it kind of reminds me of what happened to 15% of the office space in
lower Manhattan on September 11th!
So, earning a profit on rebuilding *most* of a country is definitely not
immoral, right?
And also, earning a profit on rebuilding @15% of a dowtown is possibly
immoral, right?
Does this mean that earning a profit on rebuilding just 0.1% of a village
hamlet is definitely immoral?
