Besides, it looks like you may need 2 beer machines, not one, since it takes a week bring a batch to maturity, and after that the beer machine lives in your fridge until you exhaust it. You'll need to plan to be drinking one batch (28 servings!) while the other brews and to be able to swap them out when the time comes.
