I used to brew beer, and got pretty good at. I always used to bottle it all, and allow at least 4 weeks for secondary fermentation and aging in the bottle (a few months works even better). Finding all the work involved in sterilising, filling and capping bottles a bit tiresome I bought a gadget much like the beermachine . I found the results pretty poor compared to doing it the hard way, but maybe this gadget works better. -- William T Goodall [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.wtgab.demon.co.uk
