I think that one was determined to be mechanical failure, but I'm not
sure. They were going to do a thorough investigation, and either it's
not done or the report slipped below my radar. (An awful lot of things
slip below my radar, though.) I'm sure someone who's more of a news
junkie than I am can come up with the current info on that.

They're not sure yet. The reward pool for information leading to
whoever it was is up to $2.5 million, last I heard (sometime last
week). They're working on that one.
