a) more than likely mechanical failure, but the National Transportation Safety Board is still investigations. there has been no evidence at all of terrorism involved in this crash. b) no one knows, although i've heard some speculation that it may have been an "inside job", that is to say someone who works or has worked for the Army's chemical warfare program. motives for this "insider" range from domestic terrorism (or as i like to call it, treason) to some misguided attempt to "wake" the country up to the threat posed by biowarfare. john
