The burning question..... > What do you think would have been the best outcome of the trial? I have mixed emotions on this case. The parent in me wants to see her put down, the humanitarian in me is still debating this. The reality is, if she is EVER put in with the prison general population, she will not live very long. Inmates tend to be VERY nasty to people that commit crimes against children. If I am not mistaken, she will be in solitary for quite some time (according to the news). even though part of me thinks that she should get the injection for what she did, another part of me feels that condemning her to long term solitary confinement is very inhumane, even considering her crime. I don't think that I would have made a good juror for this case. Gary
