No. The maximum that we experienced here in Rio was 44C.
But maybe with this global warming we will get it in a
couple of years...

Yes, the water has a strong moderating effect.

What is _really_ annoying with the Rio weather is that
we get 36C during some nights - even in Winter. Maybe
that's why I am biased, because if it's 36C at night, it's
almost impossible to sleep.
