Do the PCI cards use ethernet ports or some other standard? You might want to look for a USB-to-ethernet converter. (I think I've seen them advertised, but I forget where or what the exact term was.) That way, in theory, you could plug Intel USB hub into your phone line, and then use the converter to plug the hub into an ethernet port on your router.
