Our good doctor Bob Z. answered this.
There are also the cases (probably less rare, since it's mentioned in
various baby books I own) of babies leaking milk from their nipples
shortly after birth. It's called "witch's milk" by some. It's caused
by the mother's hormones still in the baby's system just after birth.
So, with that, a newborn male could have milk coming out of the
nipples. But that's not a man. :)
