The point is that The Bill of Rights protects a citizen from the government, not from 
private citizens/industries.

Here's a real example of someone that got fired for what he said.  There was a popular 
sports reporter/betting handicapper named Jimmy the Greek here in the New York area.  
He was being interviewed, and the subject of the paucity of white athletes in 
professional sports came up.  He said it was because "the black is the better 
athlete."  He indicated he felt it was because they worked harder at athletics, and 
that back in slave days, the stronger ones in this country were bred together to 
create stronger, faster children that could work harder.

The TV company he worked for fired his ass so fast his head spun.  And he couldn't do 
anything about it, because they felt he had tarnished their image.  So clearly, 
despite his reasoned (if not necessarily *reasonable*) argument got him fired.

There really is a difference.  If McKinsey thinks that Gautum's personal opinions will 
hurt their business, they can fire him.  And again, withthe caveat that this is my 
understanding, and how the laws have been explained to me.
