Isn't part of civilization the ability to be tolerant?
Mark's messages usually make no sense, and I am a bit concerned about him,
but they are typically benign to the list. He doesn't attack fellow list
members and even though they are strange, his message are, for the most
part, polite and civilized.
Not that I want to encourage him, but he does have quite an imagination.
No offense intended to anyone, but his messages are not any harder to deal
with than some of the stupid arguments and bickering that has taken place on
this list in the last few months.
So, until his messages become offensive or disruptive (by disruptive I mean
unreasonably high numbers of messages) then, in my humble opinion, we should
just let him ramble on. If his postings bother you, simply filter them.
He is absolutely the "Square Peg" of the list. Ten bonus "atta-boys" to
anyone who has read that Analog story! :-) (by the way Mark, that
was not an insult!)
