Don't you see programming meant for other countries and then onsold? Stuff like "The Bill" (UK), "Water Rats" (Aust), "Heartbeat" (UK), Stingers (Aust) etc. We sell a lot of other stuff to the UK but I'm too embarassed to admit that they're Australian (same applies to Crocodile Hunter of course).
