I propose whoever proposes such things should get TEN TIMES what they propose for themselves. Uh, wait a minute, that would mean that I would get ten times what I just said...but what I just said depends on future proposals by others...but if they/I get ten times what I propose I/we get ten times of, then that gets multiplied...that would be bad.
