If you have the willpower required for this system, get a package of small
dark chocolates. Limit yourself to 1 or 2 a day. When the package is
running low, get another package. If you can limit yourself, then you can
have chocolate every day. Maybe have a certain time every day when you get
1 piece, and if it's a very stressful day, have 1 more piece at a stressful
time, if that will help calm you down.
Oh, and hide the package from any other "chocolate monsters". ;)
