Paperwork is very evil, and I will force it upon my
errant subjects as one of many punishments... ;)

For medicinal purposes, I keep a bag of semi-sweet
dark chocolate morsels; a tablespoonful, allowed to
dissolve in the mouth, will almost always reduce the
cravings of withdrawal.  Milk chocolate, or dark
Godiva, will *not* do, as the former is not
concentrated enough, and the latter induces further
cravings (proportion of fat and sugar much higher).
