It's worse than that. Almost all cases involve anencephaly, a sysndrome in which it is not discovered until very late... beyond the normal legal limit for abortions... that the fetus completely lacks a brain. (well, a cortex, but in effect, that's no brain at all.) WHen this is discovered, it is the very same thing as being told that your baby died because nothing good can conceivably emerge. There is, in effect, no baby. Just a caricature that these bastards want to insist the poor mother carry to term, her body filling with oxytocin and birth hormones and secreting milk for a THING that will never think or feel or suck or cry or do anything but whither for a week or two once 'birthed'.
