Andrew Johnson served in the Senate (after being
impeached, no less, for violating the Tenure of Office
Act).  Quincy Adams (not his father, John Adams)
served in the House.  He was a much better Congressman
than President.  Actually, that's not saying much - he
was an _excellent_ Congressmen.
