William King served as PM of Canada for 21 years, but it was broken up into 3 separate stints from 1921-26, 1926-1930 and 1935-1948


Richard Seddon was PM of Canada for 13 years from 1893-1906

Robert Menzies was PM of Australia for 18 years from 1949-1966 and 1939-1941.

Our current PM is just finishing his third term, and lining up for a fourth in an election later this year. I don't think they're that unstable...
