I'll predict that Kerry will get a clear majority of votes, and lose.

My prediction is that we will not know for sure for at least a week.
Provisional ballots will be highly contested in the states that are close
enough for this to make a difference.  The loser at one level will appeal
it up the chain of courts. There is a good chance it will come down to a
5-4 vote for Bush again.
The decision may again include a provision that it is not a precedent for
any other decisions.

BTW, I agree with your observation that both sides cheat.
