Hello everyone,

This is just a reminder that the Durham hat tournament is taking place on 16th-
17th June.

We currently have 100 players of all standards signed up and and places are
running out. This promises to be an awesome tournament, and if you apply soon
you will still get a place. Here are the details:

Date

16th/17th June

Price

£20 includes: 2 basic breakfasts, 2 lunches, a BBQ, a T-shirt, and an awesome
party (with a story time theme!)

Accommodation

2 nights: Friday and Saturday (although it may be possible to arrange longer
accommodation from any international players)

Ideally we’d like people to bring tents: there will be a camping area provided
really close to the tournament. However, if you’re not too keen on the great
outdoors we do have a limited number of spaces in a hall a little walk from the
pitches. Since these spaces are limited; we’ll give them away on a first come
first served basis, so do let me us know if you want one! Also if you think
you might struggle to acquire a tent then feel free to get in contact with us
and we can see if we can get a few spares!

Payment

We would be grateful if you could pay by cheque made payable to Gary Hall. As
soon as we receive payment then we can guarantee your place. To avoid
disappointment please send it as soon as possible.

Daniel Goalen,
59 Hawthorn Terrace,
Durham,
DH1 4EQ

With the cheque we’d also be really grateful if you could put a few details:
name, nickname, sex, accommodation preference, any special dietary requirements
and skill level.

Skill level is one out of the following:

1 = beginner
2 = intermediate
3 = advanced
4 = superstar

If you’d rather not send a cheque we can arrange an online transfer and will
give the account details out on request.

Please send these as soon as possible!

It would be great to see you there; to apply please e-mail this address!

Ben
