I think it's important that however the scores are garnered, if teams
play different numbers of games, the results are done on averages
rather than sums - the difference between 5 and 6 results is
significant.  Mark out of 10 seems sensible, though it is probably
useful for some people to read the BULA spirit system (although I
might not agree with all of the sections - maybe just a printout of
chapter 1 of the rules would be better).
