So far I have been working on integrating the FreeWrl library into
BRL-CAD, and I have not yet made any tangible progress as I have not been
able to get it to compile and run within BRL-CAD. This is due to the fact
that FreeWRL depends on autotools, which I am reworking to cmake. Given
that I am not very familiar with this, I am making use of the libraries in
src/other of the BRL-CAD source code as reference. I hope to be done with
this part soon so that we can concentrate on the actual design and
implementation of the importer.
